Through The Lens India has been constantly inspired by award winning and recognized photographers who have achieved multiple accolades and they are currently our Group Experts as well as Photo Mentors.
We are glad to have them in our community as Jury Members too, since their expertise has enabled us to boost up our journey to this stage.

Himadri S Lahiri
Himadri Sikhar Lahiri is an avid traveler & photographer by passion who started his journey with plastic lenses of 120 mm format cameras. He built up his own darkroom while in teenage, and started freelancing to cope up with his expenses, but career held him back for sometime.
2018 opened new doors to him to persue his passion with a Nikon D7100 and Nikkor 28-80mm G lens which became his weapon to grab AFIP, the first distinction of photography under Federation of Indian Photography. 2020 was like a charm as he moved up to EFIP, AFIAP and then with time he was honored with Gpa. PESGSPC and finally Hon. PESGSPC grades
Currently, he is a photo mentor and documentary photographer from India who have achieved a landmark of several FIP gold, acceptances and much more.

Abhijit C Patil
A quality engineer by profession, and a photography enthusiast by passion. His primary interests include golden hour photography, deep space, architechture and night sky.
His photos have been featured by NASA, Earth Sky and US Department of interior. His works are published in Astronomy Sky & Telescope Magazine. He is well commended by TV channels like WMUR TV, WCVB Channel 5 Boston and many more.
Currently based in Pennsylvania, Abhijit explores the deep sky and cultivates the study in the field of his night landscape photography.

Jeet Aman
An engineer and IT Lead in an MNC, Jeet is an avid photography enthusiast by profession. His interests include wildlife and architecture photography.
Jeet is a well known birder, based in Telangana, India who is an active member of Hyderabad Birding Pals (one of the leading birding communities in India).
Travelling to many places in and out of India is what kept his passion boosted over the years, photographing the furry and fluffy winged friends.
